Return & Exchange Policy
At Third Culture, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, or if the product doesn’t fit as expected, you can easily request a return. We’ve made the process hassle-free for you.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, simply apply for a return in the "Returns" section of our website within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item meets the following criteria for eligibility:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- It should be free from any damage, stains, or signs of tampering.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Once your return request is approved, our delivery partner will collect the item(s) from you within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
When you request a return, the cost of shipping the product back to us will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the logistics of safely picking up the item from your address and ensuring it is returned to our warehouse. Please note that return shipping costs vary based on your location and the size or weight of the item being returned.
Inspection & Refund Process
After receiving your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. The product will be inspected, and if approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-10 business days after collection for the inspection to be completed.
If the product does not meet the specified conditions, the refund will not be initiated, and the return won’t be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly email us a photograph of the issue at thirdculturecontact@gmail.com. If we are not notified within this time frame, we may be unable to process your return.
Refund Policy
- For Returns: When returning a product, the original shipping and COD charges will be deducted, along with a delivery charge for reverse shipping. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
- Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order, you will be reimbursed the full amount, including any shipping and COD charges.
Refund Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 working days after we receive the returned product. It should be visible in your account within 5-7 working days.
- COD Orders: We will transfer the refund to the bank account you provide during the return request process. The refund should reflect in your account within 7 working days of processing the return.
