Third Culture Clothing Shipping Policy


At Third Culture Clothing, we aim to provide our customers with a seamless and reliable shopping experience. To ensure that your orders reach you quickly and in perfect condition, we’ve designed our shipping policy to be both clear and convenient. 1. Shipping Locations

At the moment, Third Culture offers shipping exclusively within India. We deliver to most pin codes across the country, ensuring that you can shop with ease no matter where you are located.

If your address falls outside our delivery network, we will notify you immediately upon receiving your order, and we will attempt to find an alternative solution if possible.


2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed on our website, it will be processed within 24-48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully processed.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
  • During sales or peak seasons, there may be a slight delay in processing orders due to increased demand. We will notify you in case of any such delays.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with leading logistics companies to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. Depending on your location, we may use different carriers to offer you the best possible service.

Our logistics partners include:

  • Delhivery
  • Blue Dart
  • Ecom Express
  • Xpressbees

You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your package.

4. Estimated Delivery Time


Delivery times vary based on your location within India. Below is a general estimate of shipping times:

  • Metropolitan Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, etc.): 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5-10 business days

Please note that the delivery time estimate begins once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse and you receive a shipping confirmation email.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment on the logistics provider's website.

We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking information to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the given address.


6. Order Delivery

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. To ensure the safe delivery of your package, please make sure that:

  • The address provided is complete and accurate.
  • Someone is available to receive the package during the delivery window.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice. If the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to us, and you will need to pay an additional shipping fee to resend the package.


7. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, there may be delays in certain situations beyond our control, such as:

  • Public holidays or festivals
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Natural calamities
  • Pandemic-related restrictions
  • Unforeseen circumstances with the logistics provider

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated about the status of your delivery and ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.


8.Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the delivery, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost. We will notify you if we receive your undelivered package and provide you with options for redelivery or order cancellation (with applicable deductions).

9. Package Damage or Loss

We take great care to ensure that your order is packed securely and reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of your package being damaged or lost in transit:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged package, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service team immediately at thirdculturecontact@gmail.com. We will initiate an investigation and provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
  • Lost Items: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time, and we will assist you in tracking down the package.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services in the future to bring Third Culture Clothing to a global audience. Stay tuned for updates!
